Just like you, I also moved to the US leaving my family and career, trying to figure out this new life as a wife, professional, mother and friend.
It took me 8 months and 247 job rejections to land my 1st job in Marketing. I had no guide, mentor or career coach. There weren't any online courses, blogs or videos that tell you how to navigate the job market. Especially as an Immigrant, who lost her confidence, her voice and her paycheck.

Ready Set Role is an intimate job search group mentoring program designed to make you USA job market ready.
RSR Experience - Next cohort starts March 25, 2024. For 6 consecutive weeks, Live sessions will 2x a week at 8PM EST for 60 mins.
One cohort is capped upto 20 participants. Each jobseeker is given personalized feedback and advise on their Role, Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn, Networking strategies and Interview answers.
Ready-Set-Role is a program that is industry agnostic. The curriculum is not inclined to any particular industry or field. Rather, we trust you to have the educational backing and knowledge for your subject matter.
So far we have had mentees from IT, Project Management, Data, HR, Marketing, UI-UX, Pure sciences, Pharma, Finance, Data, Accounting, Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Agri, Para legal, Teaching, Post doc etc.

We don't provide any technical training because we have participants from diverse fields.
We will guide you with links and resources to prepare for technical interview questions.

Yes. To make this program more accessible for all, we have extended our payment plan options to $366 per month for 6 months. If you land a job before the end of the program, you salary practically pays for the payment plan.

We highly recommend you block your time every Thursday because these are actual working and interactive coaching sessions. But, suddenly things spring up and we understand. No worries! 🙂 If you miss a live session you can access the class recording and watch at your own time. If you have any questions, you can contact your main mentor (Anjali) or in the exclusive Ready-Set-Role community. We trust you to catch up on any sessions or modules you miss.
